As a client, you agree to:
Service fees are communicated to clients via invoice or proposal prior to commencement of work. Payments are due as specified in the invoice. Fees are non-refundable once services have been substantially performed unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
We treat all client information as confidential in accordance with IRC Section 7216 and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your express consent.
