At SSBA Financial Advisory INC, we prioritize delivering top-notch services to all our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Refunds may be considered for paid services within the last 30 days, subject to the conditions described below.
If our team fails to initiate work on your engagement within 24 hours of the agreed start time, you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that service.
If we fail to meet a government-mandated filing deadline due to an error or delay on our part (provided all required information was submitted by you in a timely manner), you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that service.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at filing@taxbuddy.com within 30 days of payment. Include your name, email address, service details, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued via the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
SSBA Financial Advisory INC reserves the right to decline any refund request that is determined to be fraudulent, misleading, or made in bad faith.
No refunds will be issued for Online Assisted services once any of the following has occurred:
